Episode 10 *Trigger Warning* How recovery is my road to self-discovery

In the final episode of this season, Lee talks to the inspirational Monique who discusses how she has overcome her trauma of abuse and feelings of abandonment. She talks about her journey through sobriety and how therapy and coaching has help to learn new positive habits that have enabled her to make to changes and explore her vulnerability which have helped her to live a better life. She also talks about rediscovering her passion for painting.

Monique has experienced so much which she discusses so openly and honestly. She really is a shining light to those who feel they have lost their way Monique has found her way and will inspire you to keep going to do the same. She is currently looking to set plenty more challenges in the future including climbing mountains, runs and to find different ways to push herself and keep proving how you can overcome any obstacle that come your way.
